On Day 3, awards and fantastic research posters from just some of our funded researchers at #IACR2021. We were delighted to see that postgraduate researchers, Eimera Mylod won the best presentation award for her talk about natural killer cells in obesity associated cancers during the Low Survival Rate Cancers session and Kayleigh Slater wond the award for best oral poster on her work looking at ways to alter the expression of CysLT1 in uveal melanoma which is associated with poor patient outcomes. Well done!

We were also thrilled to see (and hear) the amazing poster presentations from Fiona O’Connell, Lyndey Flanagan, Marzia Pendino, Husvinee Sundaramurthi and Kayleigh Slater.
